Kofi Job Foundation Donates GH¢10k to Help 52-Year-Old Woman Undergo Life-Changing Surgery

The Kofi Job Foundation has donated GH¢10,000 to fund a crucial surgery for 52-year-old Janet Koomson, who has been suffering from a painful and abnormal swelling of her thigh and leg.

Madam Koomson, who had been battling the condition for some time, was scheduled to undergo surgery at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital on April 16, 2025.

However, due to financial constraints, her family struggled to raise the required amount for the procedure.

Desperate for help, the family reached out to the Kofi Job Foundation—and their call was answered.

The foundation, led by philanthropist Mr. Kofi Job and his wife, Dr. Esther Gyebi, stepped in with a timely donation to cover the cost of the operation.

The amount was officially presented on their behalf by the Acting Public Relations Officer of the foundation, Mr. Kwame Agyenim Boateng, on Monday, April 7, 2025.

An emotional Janet Koomson expressed her profound gratitude to the couple and the entire foundation team for their swift intervention, noting that the donation brings not just financial relief, but hope for a pain-free future.

The Kofi Job Foundation has become known for its unwavering dedication to healthcare support, educational aid, and social welfare programs, particularly for the vulnerable and underprivileged in Ghana.

This latest act of generosity once again highlights the foundation’s core mission of restoring dignity and transforming lives.
