This Father’s Day, we celebrate more than a title.
We celebrate a man whose life is a blueprint of purpose. Kofi Job, Founder of Kofi Job Constructions and Co-Founder of Kofi Job Foundation, wears fatherhood not just at home, but across Ghana.
His story is one of steel, service, and sacrifice.
The Entrepreneur Who Opens Doors
Long before the structures rose, his vision did. With an entrepreneurial spirit that refuses to quit, Kofi Job has built more than buildings. He’s built futures.
“Every project we undertake is a chance to employ a young man or woman and restore dignity to a home,” he often says.
Today, hundreds of Ghanaian youth draw their first salary, learn a trade, and dream bigger because one man chose to build with people, not just for profit.
In his sites across Mother Ghana, hard hats sit on heads that once had no direction. That is fatherhood.
The Craftsman Who Honors Ghana
Quality is not a buzzword for him. It’s worship. “Serving Mother Ghana means giving her our very best. Nothing substandard. Nothing rushed,”. he insists.
From foundations to rooftops, his dedication to quality work speaks.
Every Kofi Job Construction project stands as a promise kept to a nation he loves deeply.
He doesn’t just construct roads and buildings. He constructs trust.
Beyond the scaffolding, there’s a softer hand. Through the Kofi Job Foundation, his philanthropic nature has touched millions.

“If my hands can lift one more person, then I must keep them working,”_ he says.
