A Year in Retrospect: Kofi Job Foundation Made Headlines After Donating 1 Million Cedis to Settle Medical Bills of Needy Patients

 

It’s been a year since Mr Gyebi Kofi Job and his wife, Dr. Esther Okyere Gyebi, Founders of Kofi Job Foundation made a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of Ghanaians by donating over GH¢1 million to settle medical bills for needy patients at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and Suntreso Government Hospital.

The philanthropic couple’s gesture not only cleared the medical bills of numerous patients but also brought hope and relief to many families struggling with healthcare costs.

According to Prof. Otchere Addai Mensah, then CEO of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, the donation helped create space in the hospital’s wards, enabling them to admit more patients.

Through the Kofi Job Foundation, the couple has continued to support vulnerable individuals, donating medical equipment and sponsoring surgeries for those in need.

Their efforts have made a significant difference in the lives of many Ghanaians, demonstrating the power of private sector involvement in addressing societal challenges.
