The Kofi Job Foundation has been hailed by the Suntreso Government Hospital for saving 24 premature babies at the facility.

Authorities at the hospital attribute the babies’ survival to the provision of 10 Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines donated by the foundation.

The Kofi Job Foundation visited over five major hospitals in January 2025, donating approximately 2 million cedis to support quality healthcare. The funds were used to pay medical bills and procure essential equipment.

At the Suntreso Hospital, the Mother and Baby Unit received significant support, including equipment.

A Principal Physician Assistant at the Hospital Victoria Obosie-Sai attributed the babies’ survival to the CPAP machines, saying, “These Cepap machines are used to support the babies due to the difficulties they face when breathing as premature babies.”

“We are grateful to the foundation for their support,” Obosie added.

The hospital organized a graduation ceremony for the babies on November 26, 2025, to celebrate this milestone.

Kofi Job Foundation founders, Mr. Kofi Gyebi Job and Dr. Esther Okyere Gyebi, assured their continued support for such projects.

They urged the facility and mothers to care for these children, who have survived a challenging period.

Kwame Agyenim Boateng, Public Relations Officer for the Kofi Job Foundation who representer the foundation at the event hailed the hospital for utilizing the equipment to save lives
